Turnip greens from the wok
Turnsteak dish with chives, olive oil, carbonara strips and fresh cream cheese with walnuts from the wok.

Cut the roots of the turnip greens. Wash the turnips and store them dry. Cut chives finely. Stir half the chives and the oil together in a bowl.

Heat in a wok or large pan the oil. Bake the carbonara strips gently for about 2 minutes. Add the turnip tops in parts and let them shrink in about 3 minutes.

Add the rest of the chives and the fresh cream cheese. Heat the turnip greens for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and salt. Drip the chive oil over it.
