Tzatziki with apple and dill


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: cucumber, apple, Greek yogurt, garlic (pressed) and fresh dill (chopped).

Directions

  1. Peel the cucumber and halve it along the way.
  2. Scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon.
  3. Grate the cucumber.
  4. Let the cucumber grate drain in a colander.
  5. Peel the apple, remove the cores and grate the flesh.
  6. In a bowl mix the cucumber and apple grater with the yogurt, garlic and dill.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Keep the tzatziki possibly covered in the refrigerator..
