Tzatziki with apple and dill
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: cucumber, apple, Greek yogurt, garlic (pressed) and fresh dill (chopped).

Peel the cucumber and halve it along the way.

Scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon.

Grate the cucumber.

Let the cucumber grate drain in a colander.

Peel the apple, remove the cores and grate the flesh.

In a bowl mix the cucumber and apple grater with the yogurt, garlic and dill.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Keep the tzatziki possibly covered in the refrigerator..
