Garden bean salad with white cheese cubes
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: lentils (blond (pack 500 g)), dried thyme, garlic (in thin slices), salt, broad beans (fine (300 g, frozen)), radish (in parts), white cheese cubes (pack 200 g), lemon (extruded), extra virgin olive oil and cress (cut).

Bring a pan with 1 liter of water, the lentils, thyme, garlic and the salt to the boil. Cook over low heat for 25 minutes. Drain, put in a bowl and let cool.

Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to the boil and cook the frozen broad beans in 4 minutes until done. Rinse in a colander under cold running water. Push the beans out of their outer membranes (double caps). Add with the radish to the lentils. Crumble the white cheese cubes above it.

Spoon the salad. Sprinkle with lemon juice and oil and spread over 4 dishes. Sprinkle with the cress. Season with salt and pepper.
