Valencian paella
Delicious paella with string beans, peppers, tomatoes, chorizo sausage, chicken drumsticks, king prawns, garlic, butter beans and saffron.

Wash the string beans, cut into pieces of about 5 cm. Make the peppers and clean and cut into pieces. Drain the tomatoes, keep the moisture and cut them fine. Cut the chorizo into cubes of about 1 x 1 cm.

Heat in a large pan the oil. Fry the chicken around brown in about 5 minutes. Squeeze the garlic over the pan and fry with the pepper for 2 minutes. Add paprika and tomatoes with moisture.

Bring the water with stock cubes to the boil. Remove the pan from the heat and add the saffron.

Stir the rice through the tomato mixture. Add the broth and string beans. Boil the rice in an uncooked medium heat for about 15 minutes.

After about 10 minutes, pour in the butter beans. Season with pepper and salt. Spoon the prawns or mussels through the rice and warm briefly.
