Vary with kale stew
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: potatoes (slightly crumbly, peeled and chopped), kale (500 g), onions (chopped), semi-skimmed milk, butter and vinegar.

Boil the potatoes together with the kale and onion for 20 minutes in plenty of water with salt. Drain.

Heat the milk with the butter in a saucepan. Pour the potatoes and stamp with a pestle to stew. Season with the vinegar and pepper and salt. Divide one of the litters below, see variation tips below.
