Fast oven pasta with broccoli and bacon strips

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cut the broccoli into small florets. Peel the stalk and cut into pieces.

Boil the penne in plenty of water with salt if necessary for 5 minutes. Add the broccoli for the last 2 minutes. Drain the pasta and broccoli.

In the meantime, heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the bacon strips for 5 min. On medium heat.

Meanwhile, cut the onions into half rings. Add to the bacon strips and cook for 3 minutes. Add the passata and heat for 1 more minute.

Spoon the pasta with broccoli and cheese through the sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Scoop in the baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes in the middle of the oven and serve.
