Grilled rib chop


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, garlic (squeezed), red onion (in rings), dried Italian culinary herbs (or rosemary), ribs, potatoes (eg with red skin), eggplant (diced), carrot julienne (carrot strips and 150 g).

Directions

  1. In a flat dish mix oil with garlic, red onion and Italian herbs.
  2. Place rib chops in a bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
  3. In the meantime, clean potatoes, cut into pieces and fry in 2 tbsp oil for 15 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Do it in scale.
  5. Cut aubergine into cubes.
  6. Heat up the grill pan.
  7. Take rib chop from marinade, wipe out onions and store marinade.
  8. Chops in 4-5 min.
  9. Per side brown and cooked grilling.
  10. Heat in marinade stir-frying marinade and fry aubergines for 5 minutes.
  11. Add potato cubes and carrot and vegetables in between 7-10 min.
  12. Season to taste with salt and pepper and add extra spices.
  13. Place the rib chops on four plates and add the vegetable mixture next to it..
