Vegetable balls in curry-nut sauce


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: quick cooking brown rice, sprouts ((450 g) or frozen), butter or margarine, vegetable balls (210 g), curry sauce (for 250 ml sauce), semi-skimmed milk and unsalted cashew nuts.

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to instructions.
  2. sprouts and boil in approx.
  3. 8 minutes.
  4. Heat butter in frying pan and cook vegetable balls for about 5 minutes.
  5. Prepare curry sauce with milk according to instructions.
  6. Stir the cashew nuts through the sauce and pour over the vegetable balls.
  7. Serve with rice and sprouts..
