Vegetable balls in curry-nut sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: quick cooking brown rice, sprouts ((450 g) or frozen), butter or margarine, vegetable balls (210 g), curry sauce (for 250 ml sauce), semi-skimmed milk and unsalted cashew nuts.

Cook rice according to instructions.

sprouts and boil in approx.

8 minutes.

Heat butter in frying pan and cook vegetable balls for about 5 minutes.

Prepare curry sauce with milk according to instructions.

Stir the cashew nuts through the sauce and pour over the vegetable balls.

Serve with rice and sprouts..
