Fast caesar salad
Easy version of this classic salad, with little gem lettuce and Grano padano.

Cut the baguette into long strips, brush them with the oil and grill them in the grill pan on both sides.

Boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Rinse them under cold running water, peel them and cut them in half.

Mix the mayonnaise with the lemon juice. Press the garlic on top and season the dressing with salt and pepper. Stir through.

Grate the cheese.

Remove the bottom of the salad stubs and tear the salad leaves into pieces. Spoon them in a bowl with the garlic mayonnaise and half of the cheese.

Divide the salad over the plates.

Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over it and place the eggs, anchovies and the pieces of toasted bread on top. Sprinkle with (freshly ground) pepper.
