Vegetable balls with sweet carrot
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: carrots, butter or margarine, vegetable balls (a 210 g), mashed potatoes à la minute (180 g 3 sachets), sugar, fresh parsley (a 30 g) and crème fraîche (125 ml).

Cleaning carrots.

Heat in half of butter.

Carrot gently for about 3 minutes.

Add soil water and cover carrots covered in about 5 minutes.

Heat the rest of the butter in frying pan and cook the vegetable balls for about 5 minutes.

Prepare the puree according to the instructions for use.

Mix sugar through carrots.

Boil high boiling water until it is syrupy, season with salt and pepper.

Carefully parsley over carrots.

Serving carrots with puree, vegetable balls and crème fraîche..
