Mix the lentils with olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, onion, cucumber, salt and freshly ground pepper.

Tear the lettuce leaves slightly smaller and spread them over the plates. Spoon the lentils on it. Roast the walnuts in a dry hot frying pan.

Heat the oven grill. Place the tomatoes with the cut surface up on the baking sheet and place the cheese on top. Put the tomatoes with goat cheese under the grill for a short while until the cheese melts slightly.

Drizzle them with the honey, put them on the lentils and sprinkle the nuts over the salad. Tasty with coarse brown bread.
