Vegetable burger with avocado salsa


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: traditional olive oil, onion and lime.

Directions

  1. Cut the onion, cucumber and avocado into small pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the vegetable burgers 4-6 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
  2. Mix in a large bowl with the carrot julienne. Halve the lime and press to taste above it. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cut the bread roll open, spoon a spoonful of salsa on each roll, place the vegetable burger on top and cover with the cap.
  4. Put the citizens on large plates. Serve with the rest of the salsa.
