Vegetable burger with avocado salsa
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: traditional olive oil, onion and lime.

Cut the onion, cucumber and avocado into small pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the vegetable burgers 4-6 minutes on both sides until golden brown.

Mix in a large bowl with the carrot julienne. Halve the lime and press to taste above it. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the bread roll open, spoon a spoonful of salsa on each roll, place the vegetable burger on top and cover with the cap.

Put the citizens on large plates. Serve with the rest of the salsa.
