Vegetable crumble
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: red onions, courgettes, eggplant, cherry tomatoes (250 g), tomato cubes (400 g), Italian herbs, olive oil, garlic (pressed), walnuts (110 g), wholemeal bread ((old) and crumbled).

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut the onions into thin slices and the courgettes and aubergine in thick slices. Place the vegetables in the ovenproof dish. Place the whole cherry tomatoes in between and pour the tomato cubes over it.

Mix the herbs with the oil in a bowl, add 1 clove of garlic and season with salt and pepper. Pour this over the vegetables. Finely chop the nuts and mix them with the bread crumbs and the second toe of garlic. Add pepper and salt to taste. Divide the mixture over the vegetables and place the dish in the middle of the hot oven for 30 minutes.
