Vegetable mix with codfish
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, cauliflower mushrooms (175 g), red peppers, cauliflower florets (350 g), cod fillet (a ca. 200 g), salt and pepper, butter or margarine, mashed potatoes à la minute (pack of 3 bags) ) and mix for vegetable sauce (pack of a 150 g).

Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.

Scent the pepper, clean and cut into cubes.

Cut large cauliflower florets smaller.

Cut cod fillet into slices, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat in butter.

Bake mushrooms and paprika for 3 minutes.

Add the cauliflower and the bottom of water.
-
Carefully place cod pieces.

Cook the vegetables and fish for about 7 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare mashed potatoes according to the instructions for use.

Prepare vegetable sauce according to instructions.

Place codfish on four plates.

Cut each fillet into 3 to 4 pieces.

Drain vegetables and create fish next to them.

Give vegetable sauce over it.
