Vegetable pie with cheese sauce
Vegetarian hearty cake from the oven with broccoli, green beans, peppers, mushrooms and young cheese.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Divide the broccoli into florets and halve the green beans. Cook the broccoli and beans beethar. Drain in a colander. In the meantime, cut the bell pepper into cubes and the mushrooms into slices.

Heat the oil in a wok, fry the peppers and mushrooms for 4 min. Add the broccoli and green beans and cook for 2 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.

Lay the dough slices together, roll out into a piece of 40 x 30 cm. Place the dough on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Divide the vegetables over half of the dough, leaving the edges free. Fold the dough over the vegetables and press the seam tightly.

Brush the dough with the rest of the oil. Peel the baking sheet slightly below the center of the oven and fry the cake in 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked.

Heat the milk on a low heat. Let the cheese melt in it. Season with pepper. Cut the vegetable pie into wide slices and serve with the cheese sauce.
