Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.

Defrost the puff pastry. Line the baking tin with parchment paper and then with the dough and stick with a fork in the dough base.

Drain the tuna and collect the tuna oil. Chop the onions and finely chop the garlic.

Heat 1 tbass oil in a frying pan and fry the onions for 3 min.

Add the tuna, half of the garlic and Italian herbs and fry for 2 minutes. Scoop in the baking tin.

Cut the zucchini and tomato into slices and spread over the baking tin.

Brush the top with the rest of the tuna oil and spread the rest of the garlic and Italian herbs over it.

Fry the cake in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown and done. Serve hot or cold at your choice.
