Sausage-lentil dish


Dish of celery, lentils and sausages.

Directions

  1. Cut the celery into bows. Slice the garlic. Drain the lentils in a colander and rinse under cold running water.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan or large pan with a thick bottom.
  3. Fry the celery, garlic and stew vegetables with the paprika and fennel seeds for 5 minutes on a high heat.
  4. Mix in the lentils and pasta sauce and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat. Season with pepper and salt.
  5. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages in 10 min. Around golden brown and done. Times regularly.
  6. Meanwhile, mix the watercress with the oil.
  7. Save one third of the lentil dish for the next day and serve the rest together with the sausages and watercress.
