Vegetable pizza with tuna
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, red onion (coarsely chopped), garlic (finely chopped), mushroom stir-fry mix (400 g), stone oven pizza crusts (2 pieces), tomatoes (in slices), tuna pieces in water ((a 185 g ), drained), mozzarella ((a 125 g) and in slices).

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion and garlic 1 min. Add the stir-fry mix and fry while stirring for 4 minutes.

Cover the pizza bases with the tomato. Divide the stir fry mix, tuna and mozzarella. Sprinkle with salt and salt.

Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven in approx. 12 minutes until golden brown and done. Drizzle with the rest of the oil.

You can place the pizzas up to 3 hours in advance. Keep them covered in the refrigerator until they enter the oven.
