Vegetable-rich nasi with homemade atjar

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain and leave with the lid on the pan until use.

Meanwhile, before the atjar, put the carrot julienne in a bowl and pour the moisture from the onions over it.

Halve the onions and add to the carrot. Let alone until used and scoop regularly.

Meanwhile, cut the onion. Heat the oil in a stir frying pan and the onion over medium heat 5 min.

Meanwhile, peel the ginger and cut finely. Slice the garlic.

Add the ginger, garlic and sambal to the onion and cook for another 3 minutes.

Add the stir-fry mince and scoop with the onion mixture.

Turn the heat high, add the Chinese wok vegetable, cabbage and the ketjapmarinadetoe and stir-fry 5 min.

In the meantime, heat the rest of the oil in a large frying pan and fry the eggs.

Add the rice to the vegetable mixture and scoop. Serve the nasi herbs with the eggs and the atjar.
