Cut the bell pepper into strips. Peel the carrot and cut into 3 pieces. Cut the pieces lengthwise in slices of 1 cm. Cut the slices into French fries of 1 cm thick.

Cut the cucumber into 3 pieces. Cut them lengthwise in slices of 1 cm. Cut the slices into French fries of 1 cm thick. You do not use the seed lists.

Peel the celery in length with a peeler and cut the stalks into French fries of the same size as the carrot and cucumber.

Slice the ginger. Mix the crème fraîche with the mustard and mayonnaise. Add the ginger and mix everything together. Season with pepper.

Mix the peppers and vegetable fries and serve in glasses with the ginger mayonnaise separately. Bon appétit! .
