Vegetable tagliatelle with hamlets
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, carrot, courgettes, tagliatelle (with egg (pasta, bag 500 g)), ham (slices) and fresh herb cheese garlic and fine herbs (250 ml).

Halve the winter carrot and zucchini lengthways and cut long ribbons with a cheese slicer or peeler.

Bring a large pot of water to the boil and cook the tagliatelle al dente according to the instructions on the package. Add the greens for the last 3 minutes. Meanwhile cut the ham into long strips of 1 cm wide.

Drain the pasta with the vegetables. Add the ham and herb cheese and warm for another 2 minutes. Divide the pasta over 4 plates and serve.
