Vegetable tips with curry sauce
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: curry powder, mayonnaise, olive oil, green burgers and cress.

Stir the curry powder through the mayonnaise.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetable burgers in 2-3 minutes per side until cooked and crispy.

Take the vegetable burgers out of the pan and cut them each in 6 points.

Spoon 1 teaspoon curry sauce on each tip and garnish with a tuft of cress.

Serve the vegetable items cold or warm..
