A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, white rice, Dutch beef meatballs (360 g), green beans, fennel, cauliflower (in very small florets), vinegar, sweet pointed peppers and cucumber (in half slices).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Put the meatballs in the greased oven dish and bake for about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven.
  2. In the meantime, remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans and cut into pieces. Remove the sprout from the fennel bulb and cut into thin sections. Cook the green beans, fennel and cauliflower 5 minutes in water with salt and vinegar. Drain and rinse cold under running water.
  3. Halve the peppers in the length and remove the seed lists. Spread the green beans, fennel, cauliflower and cucumber over the 4 slices of paprika. Divide the balls and rice over 4 plates. Put a boat on each board. Tasty with curry as a dip for the vegetables.
