Halve the peppers and remove the stem and seeds. Cut the flesh into pieces of 2 x 2 cm.

Heat the oil in a wok and fry the pepper for 2 minutes on a high heat. Add the vegetable wok pieces and soy sauce and cook for 4 minutes on medium heat.

In the meantime, cut the fennel into thin strips and add with the spinach, bake for 5 minutes. Scoop frequently.

Drain the flageolets, add the last 2 minutes and scoop. Season with pepper and salt. Tasty with roasted sesame seeds.
