Directions

  1. Cook the rice. Boil the cauliflower florets for about 2 minutes, drain and rinse cold water.
  2. Heat the oil in a stirring fruit, the onion and garlic for about 2 minutes.
  3. Put the pepper through it and stir-fry about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the cauliflower and mushrooms and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
  5. Put half of the celery leaves and chilli sauce through. Serve the vegetable woks with the yellow rice and sprinkle with the rest of the celeriac.
