Vegetarian curry with naan bread
A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: mild Indian curry paste, stir-fry oil, spring onions (in pieces of 2 cm), vegetarian stir-fried pieces natural (a 175 g), carrots (in thin slices), Greek yoghurt, fresh coriander (minced meat) and naan bread with garlic and coriander (pre-fried).

Ingredients
- Tablespoon mild Indian curry paste
- 3 tablespoons stir fry oil
- 2 bunch onions in pieces of 2 cm
- Business suit vegetarian stir fry pieces natural a 175 g
- 2 carrots in thin slices
- 150 g Greek yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander coarsely chopped
- 1 flat bread with garlic and coriander pre fried

Directions

Cool in bowl of curry paste with stir-fry oil. Cut in pieces of vegetables, spring onions and carrot and leave them for at least 15 minutes. Put yogurt and coriander in separate bowls. Cut the bread into 12 strips and place in a basket.

Heat the pan and fry in a curry mixture for 3-4 minutes. Stir in yogurt with curry and let it simmer for a while. Meanwhile, flatbread heating under gourmet grill.
