Tomatoes with a crispy lid
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: vine tomatoes, Parmesan cheese (about 50 g), fresh Provençal herb mix (a 20 g), breadcrumbs, olive oil, tapenade (vegetable bowl a 100 g) and (freshly ground) pepper.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C or gas mark 4.
