Vegetarian wok dish with cashew nuts

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the stir-fry cubes for 2 minutes on a high heat. Remove the blocks with a slotted spoon from the wok.

Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan while stirring the wok vegetables on high heat 4 min.

Press the ginger, including the peel, into a garlic press over the dish.

Put the stir-fry cubes back in the pan and scoop the whole, season with the soy sauce.

Divide the rice over the plates and place the vegetable mixture next to it. Sprinkle the dish with the cashew nuts.
