A delicious Chinese recipe for pork fillet with sugarsnaps.

Directions

  1. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the sesame oil with the ginger root, the red pepper, the soy sauce, the honey and the sherry. Boil this something.
  3. Cook the sugarsnaps for about 7 minutes.
  4. Place the pork fillets in the sesame oil mixture and simmer for 5-7 minutes per side until the meat is tender. Drain the sugar juices.
  5. Mix in lime or lemon juice and add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Sprinkle coriander over it. Serve the meat with the vegetables.
