Vitamin salad with goat cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: pecans, olive oil, orange juice, mustard, honey, apple, arugula (lettuce, 30 g), alfalfa (a 40 g) and soft goat's cheese (eg Bettine Blanc).

Pecan nuts coarsely chop, briefly roast in a dry frying pan and allow to cool on a plate.

In bowl dressing beat oil, orange juice, mustard, honey and salt and pepper to taste.

Clean the apple, cut into quarters and remove the cores.

Cut the apple into thin slices.

In a deep plate mix arugula, alfalfa and half of dressing.

Bring goat cheese on top of it.

Spread apple slices and nuts on salad.

Sprinkle the rest of the dressing over it.
