Press out 2 oranges.

Peel the other orange and cut the flesh between the skins.

Halve the apricot, remove the kernel and cut the flesh into thin segments.

Peel the melon, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into nice cubes of about 2 cm.

Spoon the orange and apricot slices with the melon cubes through the orange juice.

Divide the yellow custard over four tall glasses and pour the yogurt.

Now divide the fruit salad over the glasses and sprinkle a little icing sugar on each dessert..
