A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: strawberries ((250 g), crowns removed), liquid flower honey, galette waffles (pack of 250 g) and cheesecake ice cream (500 ml cup).

1 box strawberries (250 g), crowns removed
1 el liquid flour of honey

8 galette waffles pack of 250 g
4 bulbs cheesecake ice cream cup 500 ml

hand blender or food processor

Directions

Keep 4 strawberries behind and halve them. Puree the rest of the strawberries with the honey into a smooth sauce with the hand blender or food processor.
Put 1 waffle on each plate and put a roll of bread ice on it. Pour 3/4 of the sauce over the ice and put another waffle on it. Sprinkle the top waffle with the rest of the sauce and garnish with the strawberries.
