Ingredients
- 1 egg beaten
- 50 milliliters peanut oil
- 50 sunflower oil
- 100 gram Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon orange grater
- 100 milliliters orange juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 25 gram butter
- 400 gram brown bread mix business suit
- 125 gram walnuts coarsely chopped
- 75 gram dried apricots in pieces
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon milk

Mix the egg with the oil, sugar, orange zest, orange juice and cinnamon powder.

Knead this mixture with 150 milliliters of water and butter through the bread mix to a smooth dough.

Let this, covered, rise for 15 minutes in a warm place.

Add 75 grams of walnuts and the apricots to the risen dough and knead well.

Form it into a loaf and place it in the mold with the dough dough at the bottom. Let it rise, covered, for another 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Bake the bread in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes.
