Press the risen dough onto the oiled work surface into a 3 cm thick cloth and loosely roll it up.

Form the roll into an oval bread and place it on a griddle covered with baking paper.

Sprinkle the remaining walnuts over the bread and press them slightly into the dough.

Cover the bread with a clean cloth sprinkled with flour and let it rise for another hour in a warm place.
