Directions

  1. Grind the parsley, thyme, capers, to, garlic and orange peel in a food processor.
  2. Pour in the olive oil while the machine is running and add the walnuts. Grind very briefly until the nuts are coarsely ground.
  3. Spoon the pesto into a bowl and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Season the pesto with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  4. Serve the pesto with various cheeses, from mild to strong, on a large shelf.
