Directions

  1. Boil the paprika pieces for 15 minutes in the wine vinegar and 400 ml water with 1 teaspoon of salt, the garlic and bay leaves.
  2. Drain and remove the garlic and bay leaves.
  3. Allow the peppers to cool and place in a clean pot. Pour about 100 ml of olive oil until they are covered and close the pot.
  4. Delicious with pasta, meat or salad.
