Walnut plate bread
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian brunch contains the following ingredients: white bread mix (bag a 1 kg), olive oil, pips mix roasted (55 g), walnuts (coarsely chopped) and coarse sea salt (or crumbled saltflakes (pack)).

In bowl mix for white bread according to instructions with lukewarm water to knead soft dough.

Cover with plastic wrap and let dough rise for 10 minutes.

Grease the baking sheet with 1 / 2-1 tbsp oil.

Pour the dough out onto the baking sheet until the oval piece is 1 1/2 cm thick.

Spread the pitten mix and chopped walnuts over dough and press well into dough.

Let the dough rise for another 30 minutes under the tea towel.

Preheat the oven to 225 ºC.

Sprinkle the top of the bread with 1 tbsp oil.

Sprinkle salt over it.

Bread in approx.
-
20 min.

Golden brown and cooked through (cooked bread sounds hollow when you tap).

Remove bread from oven and allow to cool.

Delicious with savory toppings, like old cheese..
