Directions

  1. Clean the orange under running water and pat the fruit with paper towels dry. Halve the orange and cut the halves into slices. Put a clove into the flesh in 2 slices.
  2. Pour the grape juice in a large pan. Add the orange slices and the cinnamon stick. Bring everything to medium heat on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Turn the heat down and let it gently cover for 30 minutes without the lid. Meanwhile, peel the mango with a peeler.
