Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir-fry, stir-fry the vegetables in about 5 minutes. Squeeze the garlic over the wok.

Halve the cheese cubes. Mix the vegetables with the ham, cheese and pasta sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the vegetable ham cheese mixture over the middle of the tortillas and fold them closed.
