Stir-fried broccoli and cauliflower with shrimps

Directions

  1. Peel the stalks off the broccoli and cut a bit from the bottom. Cut thick stems a few times in length. Boil cauliflower, broccoli and carrots for 4 minutes. Drain and rinse cold water.
  2. Heat the peanut oil and sesame oil in the wok. Bake broccoli, cauliflower and carrots for a few minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and snow peas and stir-fry the vegetables for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the stock and bring to the boil. Let the vegetables simmer for another 2 minutes. Add the ketjapmarinadetoe.
  5. Finally, put the shrimp through this dish. The shrimps are only warmed up. Do not let them cook, they will become tough.
  6. Divide vegetables and shrimp over the plates. Garnish with a bunch of vegetables. Eat rice with this dish.
