Piadina of the grill with pesto spread, mozzarella and parma ham.

Halve the cherry tomatoes. Heat the grill pan and grill each piadina for 1 min. Turn halfway.

Cover half of each grilled piadine with ham. Tear the mozzarella into pieces and place on the ham.

Divide the tomatoes, pesto and basil leaves over them. Sprinkle with pepper. Fold double, cut in half and wrap in aluminum foil to take in the cooler.
