Wheat with asparagus and camembert
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: ebly (pre-cooked wheat, a 500 g pack), vegetable stock tablet, white asparagus, green asparagus, olive oil, spring onions and camembert.

Peel white asparagus, chop woody ends and cut asparagus into pieces of approx.

Wash green asparagus, chop woody ends and cut asparagus into pieces of approx.

Cook white asparagus for about 5 minutes.

Add green asparagus for the last 2 minutes.

Drain asparagus.

Heat in oil or frying pan oil.

Asparagus stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.

Cut camembert into strips.
