Rinse the white beans in a colander under cold water and let them drain well.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet and gently fry the chopped onion and finely chopped clove of garlic.

Puree the white beans with the onion mixture in the food processor and heat this mixture again in the frying pan.

Scoop the crumbled fresh goat's cheese and coarsely chopped black olives and serve the warm dip in a bowl with roasted dots of pita bread or raw vegetables for dipping.
