Lemon marinade with rosemary
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: lemon, garlic (pressed), fresh rosemary (finely chopped) and olive oil.

Clean the lemon and grate off the yellow skin. Squeeze out the lemon. Mix the lemon juice, grater, garlic and rosemary with the oil. Brush fish, meat or vegetables and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
