White chicken with salty shallots
A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, shallots (in thin rings), fresh ginger root (grated), oil, sesame oil, dry sherry, chicken breast, chicken broth (from tablet) and fresh chives (finely chopped).

Add scallops, ginger, oil, sesame oil, sherry, 2 teaspoons of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper and leave to stand for 12 hours.

Rub chicken fillet with salt. Bring boil to the boil. Put in chicken fillet and cook until cooked in 15-20 minutes. Allow chicken to cool in broth until lukewarm. Cut chicken into slices and repeat in bowl. Create chive through shallot mixture and scoop over chicken.
