A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, shallots (in thin rings), fresh ginger root (grated), oil, sesame oil, dry sherry, chicken breast, chicken broth (from tablet) and fresh chives (finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Add scallops, ginger, oil, sesame oil, sherry, 2 teaspoons of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper and leave to stand for 12 hours.
