Lentil salad with bacon
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lentils (400 g), low-fat bacon strips (a 250 g), oil, onion (chopped), sharp mustard, oak leaf lamella (100 g), garlic dressing (bottle a 270 ml) and extra cheese (in cubes).

Rinse in lentils and let them drain.

In a wok or skillet, broil in 2 tbsp oil for 2 min.

On medium heat.

Add onion and fry for 3 minutes.

Add the lentils and water and heat for 3-4 minutes.

Season the linseed dish with mustard, oil and salt and pepper.

In a bowl mix lettuce with dressing and cheese cubes.

Spread the salad on two plates and put lentils on it..
