Oriental noodle salad


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, wok noodles (pack a 248 g), watercress (75 g), lime, Thai red curry paste (pot a 225 g), (stir fry) oil, snack cucumber (or 1/2 cucumber, diced ), roast beef (meat products) and spring onions (in rings).

Directions

  1. In pan with plenty of boiling water noodles in 2 min.
  2. Cook, remove noodles with fork.
  3. Wash the noodles in the sieve under cold running water and let them drain well.
  4. Remove stiff branches from watercress.
  5. Lime clean poles, peel grate and press fruit.
  6. In large bowl, mix lime juice with rasp, curry paste and oil until dressing.
  7. Mix the noodles, cucumber and watercress lightly.
  8. Place the slices of roast beef on them and sprinkle the rings on the spring onions..
