Fusilli with spinach, lemon and whipped cream
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, lemon (scrubbed), whipped cream (250 ml), fusilli (pasta, bag 500 g), spinach ((a 300 g), coarsely cut), white cheese cubes (200 g), chives ( (20 g), into pieces) and smoked chicken strips (200 g).

Use a peeler to cut the yellow skin of the lemon and cut it into very thin strips. Heat in a pan the whipped cream with the lemon peels for 5 min.

In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Drain.

Keep some spinach behind as a garnish. Mix the lemon cream and remaining spinach in parts through the pasta. Warm for 3 minutes until the spinach has shrunk. Mix the cheese, chives and chicken through the pasta and warm for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with the reserved spinach.
