Light the barbecue. Roast the almond shavings in a dry, hot frying pan and keep separate.

Grill the pineapple slices on both sides of the barbecue until nice grill stripes appear. Serve the pineapple with the chocolate mousse.

Sprinkle with almond shavings and scrape with a cheese slicer curls of the remaining chocolate above.
