A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: white chocolate, kirsch (liquorice), mascarpone and cherries (from can or jar).

Melt chocolate au bain-marie with kirsch.

Take the pan of fire and gently spoon mascarpone and drained cherries through chocolate.

Pour mixture into rectangular shape and allow to set in a refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Cut into cubes before serving..
